PE Global requires an Accounts Administrator / Credit Controller based in our offices in Little Island in Cork on a permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to support the Finance Function across a broad range of financial areas e.g. credit control, accounts payable and accounts receivable. This position is an immediate start. Job Description. Responsibility for day to day credit and collection activities on customer accounts for both Ireland and UK. Attending weekly meetings to ascertain progress in cash collections. Maintaining a clean aged receivables profile. Handle day to day Credit and Collection activities on customer accounts. Ensure customer queries are resolved on a timely basis. Reconciliation of customer accounts to ensure clean aged debt report. Ensure customers adhere to credit terms agreed. Qualifications. At least 18 month experience in a credit control environment. Knowledge of Sage Line 50. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Good numeracy and analytical skills. Fluency in English essential. Ability to work under pressure and deal positively with difficult situations. Financial and commercial awareness with good judgemental skills. Very good organisational skills. Ability to build strong relationships with Customers. Ability to prioritise workloads in accordance with business needs. Additional Information. This role would suit a person who is self-motivated.
