A leading agricultural wholesaler in the Cork City area is currently looking to hire an Internal Sales Executive / Telesales Executive. Hardware experience a distinct advantagel. My client is seeking applications from candidates with a knowledge in hardware. Reporting to the Department Manager you will be responsible for the following duties. Building relationships with existing customers. Account Management of existing accounts. Organising deliveries. Customer service and advising customers of new and existing products. Invoicing and following up on payment ( Credit control ) Dealing with couriers. Administration. Candidate profile Knowledge of hardware. 1-2 years previous Telesales / Customer service experience an advantage. Polite and professional telephone manner.
