We here at PepsiCo are currently on the lookout for a Master Data Analyst to join our IT team in Carrigaline on a maternity cover contract basis (until October approximately. We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo's mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. The purpose of the role is to act a as key member of the IT Data Team to ensure SAP Master Data within the PGCS Production Environment is maintained at a high level of integrity and accuracy. It will be a key requirement of the role to champion our Data Quality Validation Solution, the Winshuttle Data load tool and Master Data Workflow for critical End to End Business Processes across our Plants. The role will also be responsible for reporting and analytics focusing on Master Data reporting. Principal Accountabilities: Data Quality Process activities. Data Maintenance activities. Data Reporting and Analytics. Master Data Workflow activities. Working with the SAP Business Users across all PGCS plants and with the other members of the IT Data Team take ownership for relevant Data Quality Validation Tool End to End Processes. Identify opportunities where the Data Quality Validation Tool can be applied across a range of SAP Master Data objects relevant to critical End to End Business Processes. Work closely with key SAP Business users on Data Quality Business rule definition and ensure alignment with Business Processes. Develop/maintain Data Quality Business rules using SQL. Extract data using BODS Data Migration tool from SAP ECC and generate Data Quality Error Reports each month or on request if required. Circulate to SAP Business users and Business Stakeholders. Work with Business users on understanding and resolving Data Quality Errors. Continue to track issues until effective closure is achieved. Manage and execute Mass Data Load changes using Winshuttle Mass Load Tool. Develop and update Data Quality Dashboards using Business Objects. Compile KPI Metrics. Working with the SAP Business Users co-ordinate mass Data uploads. Co-ordinate pre and post load validation activities with Business Users. Execute Mass Data upload maintenance programs. Track Mass Data uploads SLA's compliance. Ensure Landscape control is maintained during Mass Data uploads. Design and Develop Mass load scripts to support new setups and changes. Provide Support and Training to end users running mass upload scripts. Gather reporting requirements from SAP end users. Design and Develop Master Data extracts and reports to meet business requirements. Approve new Material Master and Customer Master setups for plants using Workflow. Act as Tier 2 level support for Master Data Workflow Issue Resolution and drive escalations as required. Essential Skills: Degree in Computer science or related discipline. SQL query development skills. Experience with SAP systems in a multi-site environment. Advanced Excel skills are desirable. A knowledge of BODS Data ETL tool or equivalent, is desirable. Demonstrate excellent data gathering and analysis skills with an ability to focus on attention to detail. Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills in business and technical English. A proven ability to interact with various teams both internal and external to a BIS environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent planning, organisation and multi-tasking skills. A knowledge of Winshuttle Data load tool or equivalent, is desirable.
