Marketing Manager – Global Retail Franchise. Exciting opportunity to work with a global retail franchise. This is a Marketing Manager position for 17 Skechers retail stores in Ireland. This is a maternity cover contract (6-9months), with a required start date of May 1st, 2018. Candidate must be willing to travel nationally and internationally. Offices based in Cork & Dublin. Salary will be dependent on experience. Main Duties: Develop a marketing plan which drives footfall into our retail stores. Actively liaise with the store managers, agency partners, and other business stakeholders to ensure implementation of the marketing plan. Lead the implementation and rollout of in store marketing and communication materials. Identify and realise opportunities to engage with shopping centre marketing and local initiatives. Organise and manage events to promote our business and sponsorships. Manage all loyalty programme marketing and communication. Oversee social media strategy and content. Identify opportunities for company growth and proactively seek new ventures. Execute all marketing activities that create awareness within the market that enables sales to grow. Track results of marketing campaigns. Manage the marketing budget. Requirement: Graduate of marketing or business related course. The ideal candidate will be fluid in all aspects of marketing ideally with 2-3 years’ experience in retail industry or similar. Strong influencing and communication skills. High Energy, highly motivated and driven person. Ability to work on initiative and focus on sales and results. Ability to work as part of a team and network successfully. Pro Active & Self Motivated.
