In your new position as an Engineering Administrator you will be working in a busy open plan office using phone, email and internal systems on a daily basis while carrying out your administration tasks. In addition to being customer focused and detail orientated, your new role will require you to carry out the following tasks listed below. As a result, previous office based experience and strong IT skills are a pre-requisite for this role. Ordering parts for engineers - liaising with internal and external customers on the same. Following up on any queries regarding parts - stock levels, warranty etc. Responsible for database updates using Microsoft Office and internal CRM system. Liaising with internal departments to resolve any issues which may arise as part of the service. Writing up reports on daily tasks and purchasing and invoice reconciliation. Ensuring quality standards and service level agreements are achieved on a consistent basis, going above and beyond to reach high standards of service and delivery. Taking calls and issuing quotations for both internal and external customers. Setting up new products on internal system, monitoring and adding any new additions to stock log.
