Opportunity to join global manufacturing operations with multiple sites in Cork. Assure project compliance to specifications, industry design standards, and applicable codes as well as company standards. The engineer will make design recommendations to increase process efficiencies, help resolve technical issues, introduce new technologies and equipment and manage information generated through the design, construction, commissioning and hand over phases of projects. The engineer will be expected to commit some of their time to process engineering/ industrial engineering supporting operations and other departments. This will require for example trouble shooting process issues, supporting/leading Kaizen events, process mapping and finding productivity, H&S and Quality improvements in an area. Relevant Eng. qual. with 4 years Eng./ project mgmt. experience in a mfg. environment.
