Experienced Multilingual Recruiter
About the Role: In light of recent growth, Voxpro are delighted to announce we are currently recruiting for a new Recruiter to join our fast growing team. This role will involve high volume multilingual recruitment for customer experience specialists with short lead times. You must be experienced and can work on multiple levels, both tactically and strategically in a fast-paced environment. You will have exceptional interviewing skills, communication and organizational skills and an ability to adapt at short notice to changes in business requirements. Primary Responsibilities: Work closely with Management to develop and execute sourcing strategies to increase candidate pipeline to meet overall recruiting goals. Utilize various techniques (Internet sourcing, exploring niche boards, resume mining, print media, networking, LinkedIn, etc) to find appropriate active and passive candidates for specific and pipeline positions. Perform data mining and proactive, outbound calls to reach and acquire active and passive candidates. Review CVs and pre-screen candidates (telephone interview/1st round interviews. During high volumes, the candidate resourcer will be involved in administration activities to support the recruitment process and may own the end to end process for specific requisitions. Understand functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements to act as a technical resume evaluation expert. Monitor, review and take action on the daily candidate applications, accurately screening against defined criteria. Requirements: Proven experience in recruiting high volume candidates! Multilingual sourcing experience is a must either in-house, or from a search firm or recruitment agency. Demonstrated understanding of the current employment market. Demonstrated leadership and confidence you will take ownership of the role and make it your own. Excellent oral and written communication skills you will be fluent in English, a 2nd language is highly desirable. Strong sourcing and research skills in variety of media, including internet, print, and personal networking. Proficiency with web-based recruiting systems, internet tools and direct sourcing methods (i.e. LinkedIn, Databases, Social Media, etc. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
