Our client, an organisation in the Financial Services sector is recruiting a native Dutch speaking Claims Assessor to work in their office in Cork to cover the rapidly expanding Dutch market. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a growing company. You will receive excellent training including QFA qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Handling a high volume of inbound calls. Covering the Dutch market whilst maintaining a high level of customer service at all times. Liaising with clients, customers and business partners. Working to specific KPIs and targets. Ensuring tasks are carried out in accordance with SLAs. Associated administration duties. Key Requirements: Native Dutch and fluent English is essential for this role. Previous experience in the Insurance industry (QFA is an advantage. Contact centre/BPO experience in B2B/B2C roles. Experience in the Medical industry is an advantage. Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent communications skills with an empathetic nature. Ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines.
