Our client, a rapidly expanding organisation in Cork is currently recruiting a native level Dutch speaking Financial Services Executive. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a growing company who will provide you with excellent training including QFA qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Handling inbound calls from clients. Covering the Dutch market whilst maintaining a high level of customer service at all times. Liaising with clients, customers and business partners. Working to specific KPIs and targets. Associated administration duties. Key Requirements: Native level Dutch and fluent English are essential for this role. Previous experience in the customer service industry. Contact centre/BPO experience is a bonus. Experience in the Medical industry is an advantage for this position. Excellent communications skills with an empathetic nature.
