My client is looking for a Logistics Administrator who has previously worked in Logisticsor Transportation industry. The role involves various things including but not limited to: Dealing with suppliers. Organising transport. Checking import/export documents. Dealing with clearance agents. Handling import licences. Dealing with customers. Invoicing. Basic Requirements. Third Level Qualification. Background in Production/Logistics/the Transport industry. 2 years office experience, any import and export experience would be a bonus. There is a lot of phone/email work as well as maintaining various spreadsheets so a good personality along with computer literacy skills is important. You will also need to prioritise, multitask and deal with pressure. This is a Mon-Fri role from 8.30-5pm with half an hour for lunch.
