Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Be seen as a “go-to” information resource for O2C product queries. Effectively manage/build the relationship with distribution centres to ensure prompt receipt and processing of customer orders. Manage, track and resolve distribution centre disputes and route to local affiliate, management and sales force as necessary. Manage/build the working relationship with key stakeholders to ensure all interfaces have processed fully and all orders have integrated into SAP. Effectively resolve all product supply chain or order disputes, including coordinating with the distribution centre, key stakeholders or O2C management teams. Liaise with local and international departments for analysis and participate on month end closing activities. Build, review and analyse the reports and key metrics & communicate to stakeholders to ensure KPIs are being met. Support global/regional O2C projects with influence on the product area. Support the overall O2C Supply Chain Management team by demonstrating flexibility in providing cover for team members and training of new team members. Basic Qualifications: 2-3 years’ experience in O2C function with knowledge of supply chain management and customer service experience and experience in identifying and delivering process change. Bachelors Degree (or equivalent work experience. Fluency in English & French/ Spanish/ Italian language. Experience with SAP O2C Module. Experience in Business Warehouse or Business Objects, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Additional Skills: Ability to handle complexity and utilize analytical skills, with attention to detail. Ability to proactively & effectively analyse & resolve problems. Ability to effectively prioritize and complete key tasks and deliverables. Ability to work in global team environment and communicate effectively with both internal business partners of all levels & disciplines as well as external team members.
