An opening for an experienced HR Training Specialist to lead the training and development requirements for a multinational pharma company at their Cork site. Responsibilities: Identification of new training and development needs using the annual curriculum review process for allocated group. Conducting an annual training needs analysis to identify organisational training needs. Maintain the training system in a state of compliance to all corporate and regulatory standards. Implement corrective and preventative actions from audits and close in a timely manner. Developing educational programmes in cooperation with third level institutions that can be tailored to meet organizational requirements. Generate and manage the training and Educational assistance process and budget. Developing the employee induction programme using the most effective delivery methods and combining classroom, e-learning and informal learning. Complete adhoc HR projects as required e.g. divisional projects. Profile: Diploma or degree in HR; CIPD qualified. 5 years' experience in a HR/Training function in a multinational manufacturing environment. Excellent planning and organizational skills; strong IT systems knowledge. Good knowledge of Irish/EU legislation requirements.
