This indigenous pharmaceutical organisation is seeking a Customer Relationship Management Specialist with credit control experience in Cork. The Role: The purpose of this role is to provide a seamless order management process and one point of contact for customers from issuing of pro-forma invoice to ensuring delivery of order and receipt of payment. This is a highly successful organisation and is stemmed from its people who work there. Each staff member possesses a high level of accountability and takes ownership to promote best in class customer service. As a result, you will be expected to take full responsibility for the execution of every order. On a weekly basis, there are circa 50 orders to be processed with values ranging from €10,000 to €500,000. These orders are placed across 60 different countries. Your role will ensure on a day-to-day basis you will process orders and confirm receipt with the business partners both within the organisation and external partners. You will ensure processing of correct product codes, determine stock availability using their internal CRM tools, work closely with the Production Manager to determine ETA's and confirm with the customer including logistics requirements. Finally, you will ensure receipt of payment is received within payment terms agreed and follow up on any queries relating to this. The Person: Must have minimum 5 years credit control and/or order management experience. You will be naturally self-driven and have a proven track record in displaying accountability for your work and your customer. You will view the customer as critical to your thinking and decision making, and put the customer first. You will possess strong systems knowledge and can work with various platforms. Intermediate excel is required. You will be highly organised, this is required when working across 60 countries with various delivery schedules, product codes, currencies and SLA's. Excellent communication skills are required, your professionalism and ability to interact with various stakeholders at all levels is essential.
