Our client are one of Irelands top Developers who Builds, develops and manages high-quality properties in Ireland and the UK. Their developments include residential, commercial, retail, industrial and student accommodation. Due to their continuous Growth throughout Ireland, they are now actively recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join their Cork based team working on a large scale mix use development. The scheme includes 600 residential units with numerous house types, apartments, some retail spaces etc. with the value of €130m. Suitable candidate will have a proven track record in managing large scale residential schemes. Role Includes: • Reporting to the Construction Director, you will be responsible for managing and leading the onsite teams (both employees and sub-contractors. • You will be based on site working closely with the site management, quantity surveying and estimating teams. • You will be the senior member of the delivery team carrying out contracts management duties across both pre and post contract stages of the projects. Qualifications: Ideal candidate will hold a Civil Engineering or Construction Management Level 8 and 9 qualification and will ideally be chartered and currently working as a Residential Contracts Manager.
