IT Product Manager. We are seeking a self-motivated and innovative person to join our growing team and help us continue to grow our company. As an IT Product Manager, you will contribute to the overall product road map, create concept documents, business and use cases for new services, features and functions to support customer demands, growth strategies and profitability targets. Core responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to: Lead product design, development and release process for assigned products and maintain the product development road map. Coordinate the collection, description, analysis and prioritization of requests for new product functionality from customers. Support marketing, sales and support through leading the development and maintenance of various technical marketing collateral including application notes, FAQs, product notes, user guides, field training presentations, online marketing content and demos. Develop hands-on, in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain technical analysis of competitive strengths and weaknesses. Coordinate beta testing of new products and features. Document and report problems and recommend solutions/improvements to the team. Participate in product performance benchmarking activities. Perform product demonstrations at trade shows, online seminars, and other events. Document answers to customer technical questions that cannot be answered by staff using existing documentation. Evaluation of Commercial Concepts. Development of feasibility studies, including technical solution and costs. Technical design of Value Added Services (High Level and Low Level. Management of technical product development and implementation. Coordination of activities with all the team, ensure all impacted persons are informed and updated on project progress. Deliver projects under business expectations and agreed timelines. Ensure orders and payments to suppliers are done in accordance to agreed terms. Negotiate and guarantee the best contracts for the company. Relationship Management - lead cross-departmental project teams to support technical projects. Ability to think at a business level and position our products appropriately. Capacity to think strategically, with the ability to grow the business through compelling value propositions. Translate product features and functionality into detailed user product requirements. Candidates for this position must possess: Degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline. Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience. Familiar with automated customer lifecycle tools. Experience of working with marketing services and product teams. Ability to manage multiple projects with a variety of different objectives. Excellent communicator who will understand challenges that can arise from a business and technical perspective.
