Responsibilities. Develop and achieve sales and profit forecasts in line with Regional Sales and sector strategies. Develop excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with sector Key Account Manager's to deliver the defined strategy within each account. Communicate daily clear, concise and realistic actions to the Customer Experience team. Maintain and update customer information accurately through the daily use of CRM. Develop and execute a call cycle plan that enable full customer/contact coverage as defined in the sales operating model. Knowledge and Experience. Excellent knowledge of products, customers and suppliers. Good understanding of margin calculation and its impact on the business. Comprehensive knowledge of market and competition. Good understanding of how excellent customer service is delivered. Proven track record of success in delivering sales objectives. Experience working in the hardware or safety industry.
