Our award winning “Best Place to Work” client has engaged CSC Partners Recruitment exclusively to source a qualified Human Resources Business Partner for a contract with view to move into a permanent role. This role is Cork based. My client is looking for a HR Manager to be based in their EMEA headquarters in Cork. This role has a wide EU remit reportingintothe EMEA HR Director and working closely with the regional and global HR teams. Whilst actively partnering with the leadership team and advising the business on all people-related matters, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, recruitment, and learning and development activities. This is a key role and we are looking for a qualified HR professional who enjoys driving change, results driven and looking for the chance to showcase their excellence in HR and business acumen. Responsibilities: The individual must have extensive HR Generalist experience within a multinational organisation, as well as deep business partnering expertise. Enjoy the challenge of developing and improving programs and service delivery in a highly dynamic environment. Significant experience in the management of internalcommunications / employeeengagement programs. Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviours, structures, and processes. Facilitate line of sight initiatives to build a high-performing organization aligned with the strategic leadership agenda. Ensure leadership and coaching culture is cascaded through the organization. Provide clear leadership by demonstratingunderstandingof business trends and needs. Drive the people processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that employees’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards. Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan as well as participating in functional and cross-functional initiatives. Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve the HR policies and initiatives to enhance overall business performance and stay informed on relevant HR business practices. Responsible for managing projects and working with other global regional HR representatives to implement HR initiatives across the worldas and when business needs dictate. You will be a self -starter with a passion to deliver results by being a strategic HR Business Partner working with senior management to best align the HR needs of the function, build and then execute on those strategies. You will have the ability to engage, inspire and influence people, you will have strong customer service and proven project management skills. Qualifications.
