This global medical device organisation in Cork are seeking a number of key appointments including a Training Specialist. You will be responsible for the planning and co-ordination of all site based training programs. You will work closely with the SLT in identifying skills gaps along with Human Resources and Learning, Development. This role is focused on a combination of increasing technical competency in line with continuous improvement strategy and people development. You will work with Subject Matter Experts in devising training workshops and when required will facilitate these workshops. You will utilise your creative ability in preparing content that will capture key goals ensuring clear and concise communication. The Person. This Training Specialist role requires a highly organised and technically competent individual. You will be able map Training needs at site, functional and global level and devise structured, coherent and relevant training programs. You will be a strategic thinker and have the experience in working with multiple stakeholders. 3 years plus experience is required in a similar role. Ideally, you will hold a HR related degree or Technical Training qualification. Experience of working with a corporate, fast paced environment is essential, with manufacturing experience most desirable.
