Rota: Permanent Position - Four consecutive 12 hour shifts - Four nights on and Four nights off (8pm - 8am. My client, an exciting and dynamic company who have recently opened their West Cork office are currently seeking a Client Support Executive to join their team to provide support to an international client base. You will have the opportunity to work in state of the art offices whilst receiving ongoing training and development opportunities! Key responsibilities: Provide excellent telephone, email and online chat support to a wide range of clients across various trouble-shooting issues. Assist with product and onboarding assistance for new clients. Escalate any technical issues. Provide resolution on various customer solutions and handover appropriately between shifts. The successful candidate: Experience in customer support and a keen interest in digital technology. IT/digital related qualification would be desirable but not essential. Fluent in English and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work as part of a team whilst having a clear understanding of SLAs and KPIs.
