Duties & Responsibilities: The experienced Senior Receptionsist will report directly to theFront Office Manager & Deputy General Manager. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: to work with the Front Office Manager and reception team to deliver a high standard of service to our guests. to train new staff and work with existing team to develop skills. to work with the Front Office Manager on room allocations. processing check ins and check outs of our valued guests to a high company standard. liaisingwith Managers on any occurring issues or concerns. working with other departments. processing reservation requests, changes and cancellations outside reservation office hours. answering calls promptly and handling any customer queries professionally and efficiently. EssentialExperience & Skills Previous hotel front desk experience as a senior receptionist is essential. Ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Full flexibility with working hours. Ability to work under pressure. Administrational skills and computer literacy. Previous experience withHotsoft is desirable. Benefits: Generous basic salary on offer plus- Full training provided.
