Reception/Personal Assistant. PT-Permanent 3 full days per week. Our client is looking for a very professional, efficient and organised receptionist/personal assistant who thrives on a busy fast-paced business environment. You will be liaising with clients, managing partners time-sheets and diaries and managing the day to day administration in a busy office environment. Responsibilities: Directing and dealing will all phone calls and logging calls on in house CRM system. Scanning and assignment of all inbound post. Dealing with all outbound post. Scanning and photocopying. Drafting letters and communications. Responding to or re-directing all client queries. Assisting partners and directors with specialist work. Organising and record keeping of all CPD training for the office. Willingness to assist with other duties in line with business needs as required. Requirements: 3-5 years’ experience in a busy office as administrator or receptionist. Excellent Typing Skills min 50 w.p.m. Efficient and process driven. Ability to work in a very demanding and fast paced environment. Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to prioritise, time manage and multitask. Professional manner and presentation is essential. Highly desirable to have experience in the accountancy or finance sector.
