As Store Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our business delivers an excellent product to our customers, developing, leading and motivating the team to achieve their full potential. - You must have proven experience in a retail management role. - Customer service and people development are your driving force. - Enjoy customer interaction and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered every day, you will have proven ‘mystery shopper’ results. - You will have a proven track record in training and developing a team to fulfil their potential. - You will have a passion for food. - Experience in the meat industry / food industry is desirable. - Experience working towards a set of KPIs.
