A Site Electrical Lead is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based Biotech Client The role has responsibility for the continuous safe and reliable supply of Electricity across the site. THE ROLE: * SN 23 - Electrical Safety Standard Owner - responsibility for program generation , implementation and review. * Be responsible for the continuous and reliable supply of Electricity across the site. * Be the site SME for audits on the Electrical Safety program. * Budget owner for Site Electrical Maintenance. * Point of contact for all Electrical related queries. * Review and approve Electrical modifications, change requests, and SOP's. * Conduct life cycle analysis of all critical system equipment to ensure equipment is upgraded and replaced in accordance with the Site Master Plan. * Use Lean principles to deliver a cost efficient operating model for both Electrical Safety and Continuity of supply. REQUIREMENTS: * Degree or 3rd Level Qualification (Electrical Engineering), Masters preferred. * 5 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical industry or a similar operating environment -ideally in a leadership role. * Experience of High Voltage equipment management. * Strong Compliance Mindset, demonstrated capability of understanding EHS & GMP compliance requirements (particularly from an Engineering perspective ) Please call Diarmuid Buckley today for further information on 021- 4355432 or email: dbuckley@careerwise.ie.
