We currently have an excellent opportunity for an Experienced Financial Controller for a thriving 4* Hotel in Cork City. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Finance team working closely with all departments and management colleagues to deliver a very professional and efficient results based operation. Role reports directly to Hotel General Manager and Group FC. Requirements. Be self-motivated with an ability to work on own initiative. Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail. A proven track record in leading a team, mentoring, leading, developing them. Ability to work under pressure and to specific reporting deadlines. Have an enthusiastic & forward thinking approach. Be professional and standards driven. 3-4 years current Financial Controller experience in another 4/5* Hotel preferred. Salary DOE.
