Applicants Criteria: Must be an RGN and NMBI Registered. Have a minimum of 5 years experience of working in in an acute setting. Must have a mimimum of 2 years experience at Clinical Nurse Manager Level. Ideally have completed or be pursuing a recognised Management course. Demonstrate a broad clinical knowledge based on Nursing best practice. Be a strategic thinker with an ability to negotiate and influence. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational & decision making skills. Working knowledge of I.T. packages. Excellent People management skills.
