Our Client who specialises in the Design, Manufacture and Installation of a wide range of uPVC, aluminium and alu clad windows, doors & rooflites are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. Excellent opportunity for the right candidate. We require the suitable candidate to have the following attributes & qualifications: Responsibilities: Prepare monthly cost reports for current projects. Preparation of sub-contract packages for project procurement. Preparation and submission of cash-flow projections. Assist site management in provision of statistics and other surveying related information for client meetings. To provide comprehensive financial and surveying related information. Negotiate and agree final accounts with Main Contractors / Clients. Monitor and ensure that full payment is received for all work claimed and certified. Measurement, certification and agreement of sub-contractor accounts. Assist site management in provision of statistics and other surveying related information for client meetings. Implement cost control system. Resolve contractual issues with Clients, Design Teams, Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors. Work as part of a team to ensure the requirements of the client are fulfilled. Provide support to various departments on costing of schemes. Assist Estimating with detailed measurement and take-offs where necessary. Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. 2 years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Highly computer literate. Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project, AUTO CAD a distinct advantage.
