Premiere Global Services. Job Description. Job Title: Billing Administrator. Department: Finance - Billing. Location : Clonakilty, West Cork. Reports To: Sr. Manager, Billing Partners and Development Intl, Finance. PRIMARY OBJECTIVE. The Billing Officer will ensure that billing files, client rates, client billing details and. billing databases are accurately maintained. This is a critical business function of the. company’s everyday business operations. Primary responsibilities are to ensure that weekly deadlines, monthly deadlines and. KPI’s are met. Accurate billing is a critical task which assists in DSO reduction and a. customer centric focus is paramount in this role. SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES. Involvement in Billing System migration/upgrade, such as verifying test results, preparing process documentations. Processing monthly invoices. Handling billing enquiries from clients and internal staff. Maintaining the client database. Managing rate inputs. Resolving errors in Billing System. Liaising with Client Support, Registration team and Sales Representative on. account issues. Handling and resolving issues to closure. Managing Credit and Debit inputs. Reconciling revenue against forecasts. Guarantee delivery of required reports as per monthly timetable for all products. Adhering to company policies at all times. Sending out invoices to clients in a timely manner. Any work related task as requested by the Billing Manager. QUALIFICATIONS. Degree in Accounting or Business Finance desirable but not essential. Minimum 2 years billing experience or customer services experience. Understanding of Telco Billing process is an advantage. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. General understanding of billing process. Computer literacy Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer. Intermediate to advance MS Excel skills. Excellent communication and customer services skills. Experience with end of month procedures. Proficiency in spoken and written English. Fluency in Chinese would be an advantage. Good analytical and problem solving skills. ATT ITUDE AND BEHAVIOURS.
