Due to unprecedented growth we are expanding our Recruitment team’s in PE Global and looking to hire both experienced and trainee Recruiters. If you have recruitment experience or an interest in getting into this exciting sector this is an ideal opportunity for you. The Role: Recruitment End to End Management- Advertising vacancies, Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates, receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client and requesting references. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question. Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants. Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client. Relationship Management - offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression. Working towards and exceeding targets. Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes. Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships with them. Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment. Requirements: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation skills. A goal-orientated approach to work. Results driven with ambition and drive. The ability to handle multiple priorities. Self-motivation and excellent time management and organisational skills.
