Responsibilities. •Contribution to the definition of service standards and continuous management of service partnership agreements. •Contribution to the definition and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the establishment of a continuous improvement culture. •Maintains ledger integrity and ensures financial compliance with the worldwide Controller’s manual and to all applicable laws and regulations. •Responsible for the timely and accurate posting of accounting transactions and management of the Fixed Asset Accounting and Projects modules. •Ensure financial records are in compliance with GAAP. Consistently maintains appropriate internal controls and upholds company policies and procedures including Worldwide Controller’s manual. •Interacts successfully with non-financial personnel as well as with internal and external auditors. •Support RTR Team and other functions in the preparation of the KPI's. •Maintain the fixed asset accounting for all FSS markets and ensure all activities and reconciliation's are completed as per the month end check lists. •Manage Project Module and ensure all activities and reconciliation's are completed as per the month end check lists. •ability to adhere to strict timelines including the financial close calendar. Experience and Education. • Must have a recognised Accountancy qualification i.e CPA, ACA. ACCA or CIMA. •At least 1-2 years’ experience within a Fixed Assets accountancy role. •An understand of working within a multi-country RTR environment in a multi-national environment. •Advanced MS Excel skills would be preferred. •Experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals industry also a plus.
