Our client, a leading global business are recruiting native-level Mandarin Chinese speakers to join the team in their shared servies centre in Cork. This is an excellent opportunity for any recent graduates or candidates with previous customer service experience. What you will do. Liaising with other areas of the business. Acting as a first point of contact for clients. Verifying confidential client information. Meeting specific targets relating to porductivity and quality. Working both as an individual and as a member of a team. Escalating issues to management where necessary. Working in line with SLA's. What you need. Native level Mandarin Chinese and fluent English. Previous experience in a Customer Service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pro-active self-starter with strong organisational skills. Good judgement and strong problem-solving skills. An understanding of the need for confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
