Trainee Recruitment Consultant -Science. Kenny-Whelan are currently seeking a motivated, driven and passionate individual who is looking to start a successful career in STE (Science, Technology, Engineering) recruitment. Kenny-Whelan is a highly successful, award winning recruitment company. We are preferred suppliers of contract temp and perm staff to the (Bio)pharma, Med Device and Food Science Industry in Ireland. We are looking to grow our team and will be hiring a trainee consultant to support the Science Department. You will receive full training. Job activities Update and maintain database and carry out database searches to source candidates. Candidate sourcing via database, social media, advertising, networking. Writing advertisements to attract candidates. Phone screening and vetting candidate applications. Interviewing candidates. On commencement you will be introduced to leading multinational Clients. Actively establish and enhance relationships with new and existingclients. Utilising social media to network. Proactively participate in business development. Generate fees and meet targets by successful placement of candidates with existing and new clients. The candidate.. Minimum qualifications -ideally to level 7 certification. Highly motivated and eager to take on challenges. Results driven. Self-motivated.
