Excellent opportunity to join global energy company working in a manufacturing / process facility. Role works directly with managers and SME’s within their assigned business unit to support the implementation of and compliance with product standards and associated regulations. As a result, they will need to have a strong understanding of not only their own department (PQQC) but also their assigned business unit, the overall supply chain and product standards. This role is instrumental in driving process change within their assigned business unit at all levels from a product quality, quantity and compliance perspective and will often be involved in situations where they are influencing senior management. This includes initiating, shaping, influencing, designing, implementing and leading strategic and tactical projects and actions with our operational and commercial teams in support of meeting organisation’s quality standard and specifications to protect the business from product risks and to enable our product compliance, brand requirements and to meet obligations to our customers while adhering to regulatory requirements. Bachelor’s degree in a science, technical or business field. Certificates in quality assurance/risk management programming/project management would be an asset. Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in product handling, supply chain and/or quality assurance in Energy or Pharma related sectors. Previous product quality management experience would be an asset.
