Senior Pricing Manager (Cork. Our client is a market leading and highly successful global organisation with its roots firmly based in Cork. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Pricing Manager to join The Corporate Finance team. Reporting to the head of Global Strategy and Corporate Development this role will be key to driving the profitable growth of the company. The successful candidate will be required to bring a strong level of enthusiasm and energy to the post. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and manage the pricing team managing the pricing process for all our sites globally. Working closely with the Sales, Partner Success and Solution teams manage the pricing proposals for all pipeline opportunities including contract renewals as well as existing and new partner opportunities. Expand upon and improve our standardised approach to the development of pricing proposals across planning, build and approval stages. Develop and maintain a detailed analysis and understanding of our cost base across our delivery locations internationally to inform pricing proposals. Ensure that pricing proposals are accurately informed by coordinating cost inputs from various functions across the business. Work with business planning to ensure that resourcing inputs to commercial responses are accurately captured and resource utilisation and costings are correct. Influence and constructively challenge the solution to ensure it meets the desired commercial outcome. Identify and set targets at the pricing stage for operational levers that will improve contract margins in delivery working with operational teams. Gain cross functional buy in and accountability for all pricing assumptions ensuring we are set up for success. Be the owner of the financial model for each commercial proposal ensuring the completeness, integrity and accuracy of same. Develop scenarios that evaluate potential outcomes and inform risks and opportunities in our pricing proposals. Manage preparation of concise financial summaries showing key business metrics for presentation to internal management at approval stage. Develop the written pricing proposal section for our responses ensuring that all commercial assumptions are clearly communicated. Attend and present pricing proposals at meetings with existing and new partners. Be a key support to the transition team for new wins ensuring that they are fully versed on our pricing approach and key metrics to deliver. EssentialQualifications and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required. Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA. 5 years + PQE. BIG 4 background an advantage. Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial modelling, corporate finance, transaction services, financial consultancy or equivalent - Advanced Excel. Preferred Qualifications and/or Experience Previous Business Process Outsourcing experience. Previous pricing or deal structuring experience in a similar industry.
