Production Team Lead - Co. Cork. The Production Team Lead will manage a group of production operators to achieve production targets on a daily basis . *Interested applicants should be flexible for working shift including days/nights/weekends : * 12 hour shifts, 13 shifts per month. (3 weeks of 3 x 12hr shifts and 1 week of 4 x 12 hour shifts)* CORE OBJECTIVES OF POSITION: • Quality: It is the responsibility of the Production Team Lead to ensure production operators assemble, test and handle all products in line with the documented specification and processes, thus ensuring that all products supplied to customers are to the highest possible quality levels and conform to all specification requirements. • Productivity : Working as part of the manufacturing team to produce the correct number of products in line with the production plans as communicated by Supervisors. These products must be available to ensure the correct levels of delivery performance to customers. • Teamwork: All employees will be part of a team committed to a goal of total customer satisfaction and will be required to participate as a team member during each day of their employment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Output Targets. • Manage a group of production operators to achieve production targets on a daily basis. • Ongoing training & induction of new employees. • Reports – Key Metrics. • Documentation. • Safety/Housekeeping. • Communications. • Shipment Updates. Interested applicants should have experience in a similar role. Good communication skills. High degree of initiative. Be flexible / adaptable. DESIRABLE: • A results driven & quality conscious individual. • A sound understanding of Standard Operating Procedures, line documentation and customer specific requirements.
