Our client, a thriving retail and manufacturing faciity in Cork is looking toattract a Telesales/Customer Service Executive for their business in a new role. Main Responsibilities: Manage customer leads within an internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. Interacting with customers through phone and email. Removing and updating data within our CRM. Book design appointments. Liaise with Designers nationwide to optimise availability. Meet personal/teamsales targets and other KPIs. Weekly reporting function. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years experience in a customer service/call centre environment. Exceptional customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is essential coupled with outstanding communication and presentation skills. Suitable candidates must have proven IT capabilities and familiarity with CRM systems is critical. Excellent organisational skills and an ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently is a must. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
