Experienced Operations Manager required for busy 4* Hotel in Cork City region, experienced Operations or Food and beverage Manager required with minimum 3 years experience in similar role, ideally in a Group /company property. You will be responsible for daily operations of entire property incorporating Rooms Division, Events, Food and Beverage. This is a great Management role in a well known property, preference for candidates with overall experience in Rooms, Food and Beverage, FOH expertise, ideally looking forward to first GM role with 2/3 years.
