Responsibilities: You will be responsibleformanaging a team of automation developers and to play a role in the automation governance process and support operations for automation deployment. This includes managing work and team activities which includes defining, implementing, and maintaining automations/robots, support project management, and support automation operations. Manage team of business automation developers to deliver automation solutions. Play a key role in the governance process to help identify automation opportunities. Work with Automation COE Director to measure progress of automations and impact on business through the use of metrics. Support Automation COE Director on operational activities including upgrades, automation deployment, production support, and other administrative activities. Lead automation developers throughout the development process, including assessing automation opportunities, reviewing timelines, and ensuring development meets quality standards. Lead team throughout testing activities. Review life cycle deliverables such as requirements specifications, solution design documents, and operating instructions (i.e. SOP), and approvals. Oversee process, technical, project or other documentation. Schedule and conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with developers at least once per month. Perform performance reviews as part of performance management process. Coach team members on career goals and objectives. Experience Required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Management Information Systems or Computer Science. Minimum 5 years of analyst experience. Minimum 2 years of experience managing team of technical and/or business process experts. Qualifications: Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. An understanding of workflow based logic; ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram or procedural documentation. Excellent interpersonal communications skills. Ability to prioritize, schedule and complete development and testing required for multiple applications with overlapping schedules. Excellent facilitation skills working with both internal and external parties. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Comfortable working in a busy and dynamic environment with competing priorities. Proactive, persistent and dependable. Excellent time management skills. Detail-oriented and thorough.
