Principal Technology Specialist is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based Pharma company. Principal Technology Specialist will provide technical expertise and leadership within a wide range of technical projects, such as the validation of new equipment, improvement to the filling process, PPQ, New product introduction .... THE ROLE: * Ensure supply of high quality product by providing technical and scientific product and process support to maximise process performance(product lifecycle management, continuous process improvement initiatives, etc. * Provide Technical stewardship, equipment resource planning and validation schedules. * Ensure highest Quality & Compliance standards. * Provide Technical expertise and leadership within a wide range of technical projects within the CoE, such as the validation of new equipment, improvement to the filling process, PPQ, New product introduction, etc. REQUIREMENTS: * Demonstrated knowledge in more than one pharmaceutical and/or chemical manufacturing operation (e.g. manufacturing, quality, Technical support, etc.). * At least three years' experience in the Pharmaceutical industry or a similar operating environment. * Expierence in product technical / scientific support. * Project Management Experience leading projects. * Degree in Science or Engineering discipline. * Desirable project management qualification such as PMP etc. Please call Mike Morrissey today for further information on 021-429 7536 or email: mmorrissey@careerwise.ie.
