A HR Generalist is need for a 12-month maternity cover contract at our North Cork manufacturing client. THE ROLE: Support the HR Department, in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefit Administration and Policy and Procedure implementation and updates. REQUIREMENTS: * CIPD Qualification. * 3 years' experience in a similar position. * 3rd Level HR or related Business Qualification. * Strong project management skills a must. * Experience of manufacturing is preferred but not essential.
