Responsibilities (All not included): In this role, the successful applicants will assume accountability for influencing and innovating technical and organisational changes for the business in regards to IT, Email and Phone lines. You will work with business users, IT support and outside parties to ensure the contact centre is supported in order to meet business needs. You will respondto issues, requests and outages and assist with troubleshooting, deal with admin and provide usertrainingas necessary. Basic Qualifications. IT Related Qualification or relevant work experience. 2 years Minimum in an analyst position, ideally in a contact centre or Telco. Strong Technical Knowledge. Strong Influencing Skills.
