Sigmar Recruitment have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our market leading and highly ambitious client in Cork. This is a permanent role offering an excellent package as well as the opportunity to work in a truly unique culture. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the continuous evaluation of CRM and cross-selling activities across multiple channels. You will work on a variety of projects such as, targeted promotional campaigns, new product launches and promotional materials. Core Duties & Responsibilities: Take ownership of the planning, execution, retention, reactivation and cross-selling strategies across the business. End to end planning and implementation of campaigns including, briefing, designing customer segments, reporting and evaluating results. Drive a test and learn strategy across all marketing channels to determine best practice for specific marketing activities. Adopt strategies to increase cross-selling efficiency between exchange and other verticals to maximise customer value. Focus on customer profitability. Collate accurate weekly and monthly reports to. Manage bonus spend budget to ensure campaigns contribute to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Strive to become an SME on all company products, offerings and client bases. Manage site content and promotions visibility across mobile and desktop. Ensure all communications adhere to quality and regulatory standards. Candidate Specification: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior marketing role. Proven experience working within the online gambling industry. In-depth knowledge of online gambling/ online casinos. Strong knowledge of products including: table games, slots, poker and live dealer games. Exceptional numerical and analytical skills. Strong ability to interpret data and produce insightful campaigns. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Team player. Self-motivated. Ability to prioritise own workload.
