Supplier Quality Assurance Analyst. We are now recruiting a Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst to join our team in Cork on a permanent basis. We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo's mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. The Technical Function is our team of enabling experts offering knowledge and partnership to functions on specialist subjects including engineering, quality and productivity. This role is a hybrid role with accountability for both Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) & Quality Systems Management. From an SQA perspective you will be responsible for supporting the supplier quality assurance programme globally to assure compliance with Global Standards and supporting our plants in trouble shooting raw material issues. From a Quality Systems Management (QMS) perspective you will have accountability for managing, supporting & executing system configuration & design for our Quality management IT systems globally. Primary Accountabilities: Support the PGCS Supplier Quality Program in the maintenance and accuracy of Supplier Approval database. Support the innovation process for PGCS on new material workflows and liaison with key partners on approvals and use of related systems. Support PGCS Quality Metrics (as required) and broader PGCS Quality agenda as required. Support PGCS Quality and Regulatory agenda as required. Liaise and support our Procurement, R&D and Supply chain partners in projects and activities associated with Ingredient / Suppliers including Productivity/ Business Continuity, Brand Stewardship / Innovation & Regulatory (FSMA compliance. Support the PGCS sites with the execution of programs and policies associated with Supplier and Ingredients including Ingredient / Supplier Trouble-shooting & Supplier Performance programs and metrics. Support and execute system configuration work and testing required for workflows and analytics reports, while ensuring accurate change management of system changes. Support and manage Trackwise service management (helpdesk / functional support) and provide training to users. Write detailed user requirement specs / technical documents. Close liaison with PGCS IT change management, service management teams and with PGCS plants globally to align on new workflows and on changes to existing workflows. Essential Skills: Diploma Qualification or higher in Food Science or other related disciplines. Previous demonstrated experience in quality roles. Previous proven track record/experience in Supplier Quality Approvals and/or Quality management IT Systems highly desirable. SAP super user skills. Plant quality experience is preferred. Strong analytical, problem solving, good communication and decision-making skills. Knowledge of IT Systems (e.g. Trackwise / eICE) highly desirable. Strong excel skill would be an advantage. Project management experience. Knowledge on food safety design and execution. Proven track record in managing multiple tasks.
