The beautiful 5* star Castlemartyr Resort is currently recruiting a breakfast Chef to join our experienced and professional team. Reporting to our Executive Chef you will be responsible for running the breakfast section of our main kitchen. Main responsibilities: Take control of the breakfast service and ensure guests receive a truly delicious and memorable breakfast. Cooking and managing breakfast service and assisting with lunch service. Setting up and cleaning down the kitchen after breakfast. Store unused food properly. Ensure all stocks are kept under optimum conditions. Ensure sufficient supply for next day’s breakfast, and plans for it. Person Specification. Passion for cooking. Friendly outgoing personality along with excellent personal presentation. Passionate about producing high quality food. Working knowledge of HACCP requirements. Be an excellent team player.
