Our Client is a large retailer based in North Cork. They are seeking someone with GOLD Retail experience, who is a natural team leader, can motivative and encourage staff, have clear open communication and have a bright, energetic and positive attitude. The main duties will include: Ensure that the store reflects company’s standards of merchandising, presentation and Customer Care as per training manuals. Deal with costs and pricing. Create rosters and daily plans. Manage/order stock, stock take and waste control. Quality food preparation. Deliver an excellent customer service at all times. Train of new staff. Motivate and lead staff members by example. Ensure correct uniform/dress code and name badge are worn correctly and at all times, and the highest standard of personal care is upheld. The ideal candidate will have/be: Responsible for food safety and hygiene at all times and adhering to the policies of the company regarding food compliance. Strong management, leadership and communication skills. Full HACCP and food safety trained. Problem solving skills. Strong customer service skills. Work well under pressure.
