My client is looking is looking for an experienced EA/office administrator to play a key role in helping to manage administration and provide support to the HR team, the CEO, and the Senior Leadership team. This a full time 6-month contract, that may be extended and is a remote, working from home position. Job Responsibilities: Provide admin support to the CEO and SLT to include HR, Legal, Marketing and Sales. Support the HR team with project administration and track and trace of action items. Act as training coordinator to assist the HR team with the Learning and Development plan. Assist the HR team in updating documents, policies and procedures as required. Develop the role and responsibilities where no previous support exists. Be an active participant in and promote communication channels. Assist the HR team with monthly reports, KPI’s etc. Manage team travel including flights, accommodation, activities, visa and other travel related documents as required. Provide support and back up to the Office Administrator as required. Job Requirements: 3+ years general administration experience, PA or EA experience. Proficient in Google suite. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills. Organisational, time-management and proactive skills. Capability to work on own initiative is key to this role and willing to muck-in to support the team. Knowledge of google docs, slack, confluence, MailChimp a distinct advantage!
