We are looking for a Quality Systems Coordinator to join our team in Technical Function Cork on an 18-month contract basis. We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo's mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. The Technical Function is our team of enabling experts offering knowledge and partnership to functions on specialist subjects including engineering, quality and productivity. The successful candidate will have accountability for managing, supporting & executing system configuration & design of our Quality management IT systems globally: Trackwise Quality Management IT system and also our internal training system. Primary Accountabilities: Support the Quality Management IT System TrackWise for PGCS and setup / maintenance of PGCS Technical College/training system. Support and execute system design/configuration work and testing required for all Trackwise workflows and Analytics reports, while ensuring accurate change management of all Trackwise system changes. Write detailed user requirement specs / technical system design documents for Trackwise. Close liaison with PGCS IT change management team, service management team and with PGCS plants globally to align on new workflows and on changes to existing workflows in Trackwise. Development and Maintenance of PGCS Technical College (our global training system. Troubleshooting PGCS Technical College LMS (Learning Management System) issues. Liaising with Vendors, SMEs and Key Stakeholders to create new eLearning trainings for Technical Function team. Deployment of training plans and communications globally through PTM portal (training management. Automation of reporting for global metrics. Essential Criteria: Diploma Qualification or higher in Food Science, Science or IT Systems or equivalent discipline. Minimum of 3 years' experience in Quality Management IT systems areas. Experience of Trackwise administration or administration of quality management IT systems highly desirable. Have completed the Trackwise configuration and administration courses with the Trackwise software provider would be highly desirable. Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills. Strong project management skills. Proven track record in managing multiple tasks. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities, and maintain timelines for multiple projects is essential. IT systems savvy.
