Experienced Assistant Food and Beverage / Bar and Restaurant Manager required for busy 3* Hotel in Co Cork, focus of the role is on Food and Beverage outlets, there is little Banqueting and Event operations at this Hotel. Duty Management experience is also required so role may suit experienced Assistant Manager looking for first HOD responsibility. Successful candidate will need 3+ years experience in a similar role, you must be very career focused and standards driven, demonstrate excellent guest relations and be a team leader and mentor to younger employees.
