My client, an innovative leading global organisation is recruiting German speaking Customer Support agents to join their team in Cork. Key Responsibilities: Detailed verification of customer data. Acting as a first point of contact for any data verification queries. Escalating issues where necessary. Working to strict SLAs and targets for productivity. Maintain quality assurance controls and provide regular feedback on SOPs and operational processes. Liaise with other areas of the business to identify suspicious activity. Make effective and timely decisions. Requirements. Fluency in both English and German is essential. Third level qualification. Previous experience in a Customer Service environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Self-motivated with strong attention-to-detail and the ability to work on your own initiative. An understanding of the need for confidentiality and data protection. Demonstrated good judgement and problem-solving skills.
