This job would suit a candidate who has worked on both commercial and residential projects in a Contract Manager capacity and is looking for the next challenge. Manage and Maintain Budgets. Schedule and Commercial Management – Contracts - Contract negotiation and management, Risk Analysis and Management. Manage and maintain customer relationships. Weekly reporting and tracking analysis. Liaise with Project Management Office on strategy. Key Account Management. Manage site based Teams. Work closely with HSE Teams. Qualification. Commercial qualification with a minimum of 5 years experienced working as Contracts Manager in construction industry. Exposure to commercial, infrastructure and residential projects. Experience with projects that involve use of concrete blocks for multistoried buildings.
