A leading Irish building contracting organization has opportunity open for experienced Project Managers to work on multimillion euro projects in Cork. This job would suit a candidate who has worked on both commercial and residential projects in a Project Manager capacity and is looking for the next challenge. With a competitive salary and benefits package, you would get a change to work on some interesting projects in Cork. The role. Schedule, oversee and manage the project from kickoff to handover. Ensure the project is delivered within agreed timelines and budget. Co-ordinate with all stake holders and prepare documents and reports on project delivery. Co-ordinate with the cork design team, local sub-contractors and client’s team. Keep clients and superiors apprised of the project’s progress. Manage expectation and report on planned vs actual delivery. Travel to client site to inspect work and ensure quality of delivery is maintained. Qualification. Degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 5 years experienced working as Project Manager in construction industry. Exposure to commercial, infrastructure and residential projects. Experience with projects that involve use of concrete blocks for multistoried buildings.
